About Chalk & Circuit: We are BC educators with over 30 years of collective classroom experience and a deep passion for using technology to make teaching more effective — and more sustainable. That's exactly how Project Morpheus was born. Report card season was stealing weeks of our lives every year. We knew there had to be a better way. So we partnered with others and built one. Every tool we create comes from a real classroom problem we've lived ourselves. Our resources are designed for teachers who are serious about their craft — and serious about getting their time back. Teaching smarter. Living fuller. That's the mission.

Our teaching philosophy is built on three core beliefs: students learn best when they are at the centre of the experience, engagement is not optional — it is the foundation, and every learner brings something unique and valuable to the classroom. After 30 years of combined experience in education, we have seen what happens when we design learning around student interests and real-world relevance. Curiosity takes over. Ownership follows. That is when the real learning begins. From Robotics and Engineering to Language Arts and Social Studies, we design experiences that meet learners where they are — differentiated, inclusive, and purposeful. Our tools reflect that same philosophy. Whether we are in the classroom or building a resource, the student is always the starting point.

Our academic background includes a Master of Education in Adolescent Education, a Graduate Diploma in Distance Education and Technology, French specialization, and specialized training in English as a Second Language and Inclusive Education. We also teach Engineering and Robotics, which means we think about problems the way engineers do — find the inefficiency, build a better system.

Our team is made up of dedicated educators and tech enthusiasts who thrive on connection—both in and out of the classroom. When we’re not exploring new technologies, tending to our gardens, or enjoying the outdoors with our families, we’re pouring that same energy into our learners. We believe in meeting students where they are, celebrating who they are, and helping them discover what motivates them. Our own commitment to pursuing our passions fuels our mission: to spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of learning in every student we meet. That same passion also drives us to design educational systems that empower a broad range of educators to spend more time doing what they love most—connecting with learners, nurturing growth, and bringing their authentic selves into their teaching
