Teaching style
During my time teaching students with learning gaps or below grade level, I NEVER could find a curriculum that worked. Materials were either too challenging for my students or did not teach the standards I had to cover. So I started creating activities and adapting other things I located. I prefer to use learning materials that students enjoy. Everything I create for sale here is designed to be engaging so students will want to complete it.
Awards & shining teacher moments
My reward from teaching is running into former students and seeing them as successful adults. I know I am not the only reason they graduated from high school and obtained training to get a well paying job. Knowing I played a part in their story helps me continue doing what I can.
