This is a template for an incentive chart from All in a Day's Work. I use this in my classroom as a motivational tool. I attach the chart to the students desk with a small piece of double stick tape. Students earn stickers during lessons for outstanding participation. Students also earn stickers for meeting learning goals, completing homework, and showing good citizenship. Once the chart is filled, the student earns a trip to the treasure box. You can edit this template to personalize with
