I begin showing this PPT to my kindergarten kiddos near the 8th unit in Success for All. It contains all of the 'red words' (sight words) taught in the KinderRoots program along with a visual and auditory reference (spoken by the teacher). As students become familiar with the PPT and your spoken reference they will begin to say it on their own. I have each slide printed (1/4 page) and hanging on my word wall.
