This is a super fun activity that combines math review questions with a student's favorite topic--himself or herself! Students will solve problems to determine what features to draw on a person. Male and female people are included, and an answer key is included. These are cute enough when finish to display in your classroom! Ready to go--all you need to do is copy and hand out!

This is a super fun activity for practicing 2 and 3 digit multiplication! Students create a monster as they solve, and the teacher can quickly check the appearance of the monster to assess the skill. For example, does the monster have glasses or crazy hair? Only one of these will be correct! There are two different monsters so students will not all have the same result. This is a multi-part real world problem which can be solved by writing and solving two step equations and paying attention to order of operations. It is a fun and funny situation with unique transportation vehicles. This can be used as substitute work or on a day before a holiday, etc, or can be used as part of the equations unit.
