This is a card game for practicing reading dolch and sight words.
Includes:28 full-color pages with Minions “thinking” about a "word" that students have to read.
16 Vector cards to "steal' the minions
16 unicorn cards to "go again“
16 Rocket cards to practice saying 1 word- 5 times
In this game students pick 1 card to read. If they get it correct they can hold onto it. This game would be great for a group game or for a center in a classroom to target independent work towards better reading.

24 full-color cards with a word pair on each card with corresponding board maker symbols which is great for early/emergent readers.
4 pirate cards to "steal' the coins
8 map cards to "go again"
6 blank cards to create your own word pairs
2 treasure chest envelopes
In this game students pick 1 card to compare and contrast. If they get it correct they can put it into their treasure chest.

Use these pages double sided with the middle cut out to engage your students in social conversation. this will help them look at each other through the "window' and also have a choice board of how to answer the question "what did you eat yesterday?"
Students can work on using 2 word utterances while playing a simple game matching the number by "counting the dots" or matching the color. To put the card down the student has to say the 2-word utterance to improve their MLU. Uses early carrier phrases with pictures:
"see...."
"want..."
"have ...."
that all use the same noun vocabulary
"I+ verb" statements that work on verbs.
Boardmaker symbols included for beginning/ non readers.
