I use this along with a form I downloaded from TpT, Digits with Bridget - Partial Quotients Template. These two forms are a great combination when using Singapore Math strategies.

Additionally, it gives teachers the ability to assess students' reading comprehension and writing skills. Students can use this tool to record facts they have read in passages, background knowledge they already have on the subject, and their inferences based on the previous two categories.
