These stations will help students practice their knowledge of the trends found of the Periodic Table. Students will practice groups, periods, metals, nonmetals, metalloids, vocabulary, and drawing atoms. Laminate the station cards to help them last for many classes to come!
Students must use their Periodic Table to figure out which atom is listed. Students will use information for the element name, element symbol, number of protons, number of neutrons, number of electrons, number of valence electrons and how many electron shells. Students will also need to be familiar with the Bohr's model for drawing atoms.
Students will use their Periodic Table to practice their knowledge of atomic structure. They will need to be familiar with protons, neutrons, and electrons as well as the atomic number and atomic mass of elements.
Students will use their Periodic Table to get to know the elements! This is a great review on how to use atomic number, atomic mass, and how to model an atom.
