Teaching style

My teaching style is relationship-first, supportive, and highly student-centered. As an elementary paraprofessional currently in school for education, I focus on meeting students where they are and helping them build both academic skills and confidence. My goal is always to create a classroom environment where students feel safe to try, make mistakes, and grow.

Awards & shining teacher moments

While working in an elementary setting, some of my proudest moments have come from seeing students gain confidence and independence over time. I especially love those breakthrough moments when a student who was struggling finally understands a concept or begins to believe in themselves. Supporting teachers and helping classrooms run smoothly every day is something I take a lot of pride in.

My own education history

I am currently pursuing my degree in education while working full-time as an elementary paraprofessional. My coursework and hands-on classroom experience continue to shape the resources I create, ensuring they are practical, realistic, and truly classroom-tested. I am committed to continuing my growth as an educator and future teacher.
