This book is a compilation of Morning Meeting greetings appropriate to use in Pre-K- 2 classrooms. It includes 42 greetings that encompass various learning modes. Desk name plates in various colors with an alphabet line for handwriting reference and a number line.

I use these signs in a pocket chart that is placed next to a Days of the Week chart. Each day I move the signs down one. It makes it easy to read the date.. "Today is.. Monday".

This product has 36 writing prompts for each week of the Kindergarten Reading Street program. Each prompt includes a fact-based question and/or a higher-order (claim/evidence) question. Save each piece as a way to assess writing progress through the year. Assemble with a cover (included) at the end of the year.

I created this worksheet as a practice for my students in preparation for assessing K.NBT.1. Students need to be able to find a group of ten and recognize what number is created with a group of ten on some ones. My students were having trouble circling all ten items in one loop. Many assumed that two rows made ten (as on a ten frame) so this handout helps them to practice counting to check for ten.

Here is a Read and Write the room center to practice final double consonants -ff, -ll, -ss and -zz. Laminate the cards to use with dry erase markers or post the cards around the room. Students can then fill in all the words they find under each ending. The number of lines matched the number of words to be found. Lines under the picture tell how many letters the word has.

I created this product to accompany the Investigations Activity: Inventory Bags. I never liked how the original only allowed the students to do one bag. I put four bags on one page. I use different colored bags instead of putting letters on the bag. I place 4 colors in the center and students have to inventory all four bags. To increase difficulty, place two types of objects in each bag. Students can compare the two amounts or later in the year, add the two amounts. There is room to do th
