Experience

I'm an experienced teacher who has taught and worked at schools in the UK, Malaysia, Singapore and Belgium. I love writing curriculum and designing resources and aim to make sure most of the worksheets and lessons I design are student led as much as possible. Although I've taught all sciences, Chemistry is my passion!

Teaching style

A little bit of everything. Variety has always been key to my lessons but I try to make everything really functional. There is a mix of investigation, exploration but also practice. I love teaching middle school but really enjoy trying to make interesting resources for Chemistry learning at all levels! I have a big focus on conceptual understanding and application, but also always want there to be joy in the learning!

My own education history

I've got a degree in Medical Biochemistry, a PGCE, a masters in Educational leadership and an MBA. Life long learner :)
