A resource for when your students need to cool-down. This booklet can be added to a binder or hung on a binder ring and put next to your cool down corner, zen zone, or take a break spot. This gives students something to help them work through there emotions and also keep their mind focused on something other then there big feelings!

This resource page will be a great way to help students who need just a little bit of support or any student who needs to jog there memory! These basic charts and reminders are to be a tool for students to use during math independent work, homework, or centers! I will be using this for my students' math journals/ binders this year!
