This product is an 11 page PowerPoint presentation designed to teach students all about Topic Sentences. It goes through both what a good Topic Sentence should be and should not be and gives several examples.

This product includes a brief artist profile and history, along with examples of his most famous piece of art, The Scream. It then gives several examples of how other artists have interpreted The Scream over the years in pop culture before detailing a student activity to produce their own version.

Included in this product is a brief artist's profile and history. It then shows several of Magritte's artwork examples before highlighting one of his most famous pieces: Son of Man. The PowerPoint then details an activity for students to create their own version of the painting. It ends with several student created examples from my students last year.

In 2021, the Fraser Valley of British Columbia saw massive flooding that was devastating, particularly for the city of Abbotsford, B.C. Before this flood, few people knew that there used to be a large lake in the middle of what is now farm land. It was called Sumas Lake and in 1920, a decision was made to drain the lake to make way for more farm land.
