Choate's Geometry Class

Hello from Dayton, TX where I teach and am the team-lead for on-level Geometry for the secondary level. I officially joined education via the classroom roughly 7 years ago, but have short-term and long-term substitute taught for years in addition to being married for 9 years to an educator. My wife now serves as Dayton ISD's Pre-K - 2nd ELAR Instructional Coach. What I have learned about teaching/education, especially in Texas, is that there are not enough of us in the trenches; and there is especially not enough quality resources being provided to us in the classroom. This is why I am passionate about creating practical resources that can be implemented straight away...without having to prepare a bunch of stuff before you can use the material. Digital creation is easy to me, so if you need something created but don't know where to start, please reach out and lets collaborate. In addition to teaching full-time I also pastor a rural church in Daisetta, TX. When I was asked to pastor Harvest Church (www.harvestpeople.com) there were only 3 people attending. Today we average about 65+ people each Sunday. Between teaching and preaching my life is full. I have three kids, a daughter (7), son (3), and daughter (<1). We are Disney fanatics, DVC members since 2015, and have been to Aulani, Shanghai Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. Our life is always an adventure.
