A lot of the time I use this for anything students turn in for their science journal. I find it to be very clear and I always pass this out at the beginning of each quarter so the students know what they expectation are before the quarter begins.

This quiz is more advanced than the other quiz on my page. Both quizzes are good but this one can be used for an advance class.

I used this quiz about halfway through my scientific method unit. Usually before we started to do our labs using the scientific method.

Here is a graphic organizer for photosynthesis. It is a nice way for the students to organize their notes for photosynthesis.

I use this template for my students when we are watching Khan Academy videos. My students must write down everything on the video (including verbal ques) to help us with our note taking. I mostly use this for math but it is also useful for science.
