My teaching experince spans over a decade of working in a variety of roles. Some of those roles include: Acting Coach, Afterschool Tutor, Choir Director, Drama Director/ Producer, Event Planner, Extended Learning Coordinator, Volleyball Coach

My experience started in customer service as a Retail Manager for two separate companies. This was the key in serving caregivers, parents, students, and other teachers. I use preventative discipline with an emphasis of Love and Logic to manage my classrooms. Academically, I bring a variety of learning styles into my teaching like, Auditory, Kinaesthetic, Logical, and Visual. After teaching grades 3-8 as a Homeroom Teacher, I've learned to teach cross-curriculum to enhance the learning of my students and I use my theater experince to help my pupils love learning.

My education began in a smalltown, rural elementary school in Wisconsin. From there I attended Luther Preparatory School and sought my Educational degree at Martin Luther College.

My love for learning is in everything I do. My husband is a Youth Director for 7th-12th graders and we collborate on projects for serving our church congregations together. We have a small hobby farm with cats, chickens, a dog, foxes, goats, a gosling, and a three-legged rabbit. Our four children help us read more, play more, invent more, and create more. Our life brings us joy when we are serving in the ministry and using the blessings Jesus grants us daily.
