The Paperclip Challenge is a great activity for sparking innovation and entrepreneurship skills. Students begin with a single paperclip that they "trade up" for something much better through a series of swaps. This can be done as an at-home activity for student engagement during COVID-19 closures as well. Have your students share their in-family swaps through pictures. The ppt is editable so that you can adapt it for your context.

Creating is at the top of Bloom's taxonomy. Have your students apply their knowledge to create a fun trading card game. As a bonus, they will be reviewing content every time they play. This activity works well for students from Grade 2 up in so many subjects - English, History, Geography, Science.
