About the store
I have been teaching for 13 years in some form or fashion. I started out as an athletic trainer involved in athletics and sports medicine while teaching Kinesiology classes at the college level. I made the move to high school athletics after four years and at that time also became an elementary PE teacher. I eventually became an elementary classroom teacher which I have been doing for 7 years now in public schools in 2nd and 3rd grades.

Metric Mass and Operations Vocabulary Test/Quiz
This ten question fill in the blank quiz or test goes along with my powerpoint that is also available on TPT. It was a combined unit that covered terms involving metric mass while spiraling back through to the operations of mathematics. The words on this test are gram, kilogram, additon, subtraction, multiplication, division, volume, mass, ton, and cubic unit.

Division and Multiplication Code Words Vocabulary Test/Quiz
One of the biggest issues that we face as teachers is getting kids to understand what words signal them to choose a specific operation. This code word quiz goes along with my Division and Multiplication Code Word Vocabulary Power Point. I have used this in my class for years and have found it to be effective in assessing understanding of code words and what operations to choose.

Multiplication Rules and Multiples Quiz
This is a simple ten question quiz with a word bank that assesses knowledge of students understanding of the multiples on the times tables. It also includes the term identity property and zero property. No powerpoint to go along with it yet on my store but this is a quiz that could be given after studying multiplication and multiples in any form or fashion.

My own education history
I graduated from TCU with a Bachelors of Education in All Level Physical Education. I also have a Masters of Education in Health and Education from the University of Texas at Tyler. I have a Generalist Teaching Certificate, All level PE certification, and am ESL certified.
