This is a timeline quiz that requires students to put items into the proper chronological periods...I usually grade it correct if in the proper time period, extra credit if all items are listed chronologically. I give this quiz the first week of school as a diagnostic, then three times a marking period, replacing the previous grade with the new to encourage continued study effort...it's a nice overview of the period covered...
