I will be sending this assignment home to my parents every single year from here on out. My parents loved this assignment, and I learned so much about my students.

Parent Remind Form
Communicating with parents is important, so I created this Remind form to send home on the first day of school. Remind is the number one way I communicate with parents, so if a parent decides not to sign up (after knowing the information that will be sent through the app) I like to have a form on file.
