In this activity, students will work to gather digits to "crack the combination". As they find the area and perimeter of each irregular polygon, they will reveal a series of digits. After completing all problems and collecting all digits, they will use them to attempt to create the final combination. Applying the need to identify, measure and draw angles in real world comes to life using this engaging activity in which students measure angles found in real-world architectural photographs. After practicing measuring indicated angles, students move to finding, drawing and measuring their own angles in real-world photographs.
