I have taught from 7th grade all the way up through community college, including extension courses at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
A former tour director, I have traveled widely, mostly to Eastern Canada/U.S., along with a dozen trips to Europe.
In addition, I have traveled to and written about Columbus' first landfall in the New World, San Salvador, Bahamas.
I have also produced/co-produced two documentaries: "The Return of Paul Jarrett;" and "Power and Fear: The Hollywood Greylist,"--regarding "ageism" in Hollywood.
I currently teach history and economics at the Downtown Magnets High School; and the Humanities at Los Angeles Mission College.

Lecture based while infusing video clips, films and overhead transparencies. Group activities when it's feasable.
