This is an adaptive book about 7 famous Black Americans and their contributions to our country. Each page is set up with a short statement about the person and then a "Wh" question with three choices for answers. The activity is in a secured PowerPoint so you can use it with your projector and save on paper.

The story of Johnny Appleseed adapted with "Wh" questions for each page. A book about Veterans Day to read with your students. They can match a picture to each page or use the pictures to sequence the story. There are also a set of comprehension question where the students choose between three answers. This activity also includes a blackline student book for the children to make and share at home.
