Segregation is still very much an issue in the world today.  This lesson plan helps you teach about segregation and the Civil Rights Movement. It provides several movie clips and activities to make the lesson engaging and memorable for your students. The intent of this lesson is to help students identify segregation and determine how we as a society can take a stand to ensure equal rights for everyone, no matter their color, race, gender, or religion.
