I am starting my 23+ year in education. I spent over 15 years in the classroom and taught math most of those years. I am now the assistant principal in a wonderful school! I love working with the teachers and students! But I still love to create lessons and share what I have learned from the classroom.

5th Grade Math Activity Packet (TEKS): Extending Whole Numbers/Problem Solving
This set is packed with posters, flash cards, and activities to ensure you cover the NEW math TEKS for 2014-15 with your students. The materials in this set cover the objectives for TEXAS standards 5.1A-G and 5.3A-C which includes basic operations and problem solving. (The material is relevant to Common Core Curriculum as well, but I am not as familiar with the way the standards are arranged, so I am not giving exact standards for CC.)
