The first page is a letter to parents asking them to fill out a brief form indicating how their child will be getting home from school each day. I created this document to assist me with planning. I have summarized most of the standards, although a few of them are verbatim from the CCSS website. I plan to keep it in the front of my planning binder so that I will know "at a glance" which concepts my students are expected to know.
