Experience

I hope this store can help some people find approachable resources that spark their own ideas! For 15 years I taught most elementary level grades with most of my time spent in Kindergarten and 3rd grade. Looking to mix it up, I completed a Masters in Education in Instructional Technology. Teaching style

My philosophy on education is that learning should be exciting! We should be teaching students with the end goal of educational independence and to achieve that, we need to help them become enthusiastic learners. What they learn from the curriculum is important, but not as necessary for their development as what they learn as classroom citizens. I love creating fun, engaging, and integrated lessons that make students want to learn and teachers happy.

Additional biographical information

As well as being a teacher, I am a mom, wife, Girl Scout leader, and Coding Club leader. I am constantly working on finding a balance between work, home, and my sanity. Any technology that helps with that is my new best friend and I want to share it with anyone who wants to listen.
