I have like three different version of coversheets that I used to give to my students every Monday.. I would write on it what is happening for that week and whats coming up. This is the simple version. I have the rest on my hard drive at work..

I used this and attached it to my homework cover sheet. I created this to help organize their homework and I also used it for Word work Centers. This sheet was used to organize vocabulary practice :) Hope you like it!
