Word a Week: 3rd Grade Vocabulary
This interactive Google Slideshow is a great accompaniment to the Word Up Project from Flocabulary. The slideshow includes each of the forty words included in Word Up's Pre and Post Assessment, and asks students to provide a defintion, synonym, antonym, picture, sentence, and to answer a vocabulary question. In addition, link to Quizlet study sets are included every five words, and build upon each other allowing students to study all 40 words by the end of the year.

End of Year Read Alouds
This Google Slideshow contains four different read alouds (via YouTube link) and a Class Book template activity to accompany each read aloud. Share the Class Books via Google Apps and each student completes their own slide creating page in the class book. Enjoy reminiscing about the school year and discussing summer plans using these End of Year Read Alouds!
