This anchor chart relates to two-digit subtraction strategies. The strategies include how to use a hundreds chart, counting on & back on an open number line, borrowing from the tens place, breaking apart a number & 2-step word problems. This can be used for any The Cat in the Hat projects. I used it to create an art display with The Cat in the Hat Template. The students can easily color stripes red and cut it out. Looks great on top of blue construction paper. Hope this is helpful!
