This document is for anyone who uses a Take Home Folder system to communicate with parents at home. I have created a flexible log form that is editable using Power Point. I use this to let parents know how their child is behaving daily and the notes is for specific comments I want to mention about a behaior. I hope this helps you get through the busy school year!
