Create an environment of open communication in your classroom! There are several different color options and a Black and White version. The signs come in 4 inch and 4.5 inch circumferences. My students LOVE this idea!! This resource includes a sign to place on your own "I Wish My Teacher Knew" jar or basket to make the communication between teacher and students quick and easy. I keep sticky notes and a pencil near the jar and all notes are confidential. This helps build trust with your students
