Experience

I have been a teacher in First Grade for one year. Previously she was paraprofessional for 6 years in Kindergarten.

Teaching style

I teach to learn and learn to teach everyday. My goal everyday is to learn from my students and hopefully in return they will learn from me. I try to have very engaging activities and allow the students to have as many hands on approaches as possible.Wether is be having a manipulative in hand or working with groups to put together a concept.

My own education history

High School Diploma, 4 year Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governor's University (Utah).

I am married to my wonderful husband of 5 years. We have 2 dogs, Mason and Layla. I love to read and just spend time with my husband outside with our dogs.
