About the store
Hi! I’m a passionate creator of teaching resources with a love for all things art (though I don’t stop there!). I ran a vibrant art studio for over ten years, during which I was honoured to receive awards including Tasmanian Pet Photographer, Illustrative Photographer, and Family Photographer of the Year. As an associate member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP), I had the privilege of connecting with amazing artists from all over Australia, many of whom brought their talents to my studio for inspiring workshops. I hold a Fine Art degree from the University of Tasmania, where I majored in printmaking—a medium still close to my heart. These days, I’m an art teacher and a proud member of Tasmania’s Art Teachers Association (TATA), always championing the vital role of art in education. My goal is to share creative, engaging resources that spark imagination and support both teachers and students in their artistic journeys.

Teaching style

My teaching style is hands-on, creative, and cross-curricular. I love blending art with science, HASS, literacy, and maths to help students make meaningful connections across subjects. I design my programs and resources to align with the Australian Curriculum (ACARA) and focus on clear achievement outcomes, while keeping the joy and mess of art-making front and centre. I believe in creating a space where students can experiment, explore, and take ownership of their learning—because the art room should be just as much about curiosity and expression as it is about growth and accountability.
