About the store
Counselor-designed SEL and behavior resources for K–8 teachers, school counselors, and administrators supporting students with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and challenging behaviors. Created by a licensed mental health counselor with dual master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Education, 10 years combined experience in K–8 settings, mental health counseling, and experience in TRIO student support services serving high-need populations. I've worked across public schools, private schools, and a residential school for at-risk youth. That means every resource here was built from real experience with the students who are hardest to reach: kids in crisis, kids with ADHD and anxiety, and students whose behaviors presented a continual barrier to success in the classroom. My work experience helped me to learn that any child can succeed in school with the right accommodations and training. I'm here to share that knowledge and experience with other teachers, so you can stop problem behaviors and watch your students achieve their fullest potential. I know what it feels like to be the teacher when a student is escalating and nothing in the usual toolkit is working. I built these resources because those teachers and counselors deserved something better that really works. All materials are for general educational purposes and are not intended to replace clinical mental health services.

Teaching style

My resources are designed for classroom teachers, school counselors, and administrators who are done with surface-level SEL that falls apart the moment a real behavior crisis hits. Every product is grounded in trauma-informed practice, research-aligned SEL, and the techniques I've used directly with students in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 settings. Whether you're a K–2 teacher managing a dysregulated kindergartner, a school counselor building MTSS Tier 2 small-group curricula, a 4th–5th grade teacher looking for conflict resolution and coping skills tools, or a middle school counselor who needs anxiety and stress management materials for grades 6–8, you'll find resources here built with your reality in mind. Every product is low-prep, immediately usable, and designed to address the root causes behind student behavior rather than just managing the surface symptoms. Having been both a teacher and counselor myself, I'll give you quick tools that are useful in a busy classroom so your teaching is trauma-informed, but also helps you set healthy boundaries and collaborate with your school counselor when you notice behaviors that go beyond what is realistic ally manageable in the classroom.
