I am in my 15th year of teaching Health and Physical Education. Currently I teach 8th grade health!
I love helping teachers with new ideas and planning! My store is loaded with new ideas that I have used in the past in my classes.
Over 50 activity cards with pictures of exercise! It is always good as a PE teacher to have activity cards with the amount AND a picture of the activity for struggling readers.
Make sure to laminate these so you have them for years to come!
Playing games in PE is FUN! Making it a fitness based game is even better!
This download has been created after the game "Memory". Instead of superheros or princesses, however, there are fitness exercises!
All components of fitness are included within the exercises.
Great activity to do on your fitness days, to help students prepare for fitness testing, indoor recess, or with a substitute!
Students will love this easy Fitness Center workout! Students will feel like they are at a health club working out all by themselves with their own workout plan! Each exercise has the name of the machine and a picture. Students are responsible for filling in their own weights and circling a smile or frown face to determine if they like the machine or not. This will help them create their own workout!
This is a fun word unscramble worksheet about exercise! I have included two worksheets with one that includes the first letter of the exercise. A word bank is provided on the bottom of each.
This is a free weight exercise program for your modified Physical Education classes! This workout contains 8 different exercises with pictures, weight, and smile or frown faces for each exercise. All of these workouts are leading up to the students creating their own workout for the end of the year! Let your students have some independance and feel like they are at a health club!
Another easy Fitness Center Workout for your Modified PE class! Again, students will love their independance and writing down their own personal weights with this 8 station workout. Includes name of the machine, a picture, lines for their personal weight and smile or frown face to remember if they like the machine or not!
