Experience
Hi, I’m Raquel and I’ve been working as an ESL teacher for more than 15 years. Nowadays I’m working as a private tutor. I help young students to make English an easy subject, do better in exams and build up their love for the subject. I’ve also taught Spanish sporadically.
Teaching style
I teach students from different ages (2nd graders to high schoolers) and try to adapt to their needs and lacks. Each student is different and learns at a different pace, so I create specific material for each of them. When creating new material I also try to make it visually appealing and easy to understand or complete.
My own education history
I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and a minor in Spanish.
