Teaching style

My teaching style is focused on creating a student-centered learning environment. I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process and when they feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes.

I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and obtained my teaching degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1997.
