Climbing the Mountain

The resource provides a fun way to wrap up your fractions unit or combine skills for an end of year review. Students will create their own pizza with provided toppings, then write the fraction for each topping/slice. Then they will total the cost of toppings and add for a final price.

This product includes 20 question cards (2 per page, 10 pages) with introductory fraction questions. This addresses the 3rd grade fractions standard of 3.NF.A.1, but could be used to review for upper grades. Questions include naming fractions, naming unit fractions, determining if a fraction is represented, and simple word problems with fractions.
