I am an IC and created a School Wide Data Benchmark Template *Google Slides Editable* Made for STAR specifically, but it can be used for any assessment, to show class level, grade level, and school level data. As much practice as I have had using the PLC questions, I have found that the processing of unpacking standards still needs to be done explicitly with teacher teams. Focusing on the instructional strategy of "chunking" here really helped my teachers analyze what they are teaching! Hope this helps you too!

I used this survey my first year of being an instructional coach. It was something I developed based on many questions I had from staff on who I was, what they had in the past, and what they wanted from the role during the year.
