Used as a behavior reflection sheet in a growth-minded classroom, I use this when students make poor choices to reflect on those choices. The point of the sheet is to separate the student from the behavior, enabling them to start to control their behavior. This resource can be used in any classroom that is looking for a reflection sheet that encourages responsibility of one's actions.
This is a weekly student reflection sheet for teachers who teach "This Day in History". Reflection sheet includes space for students to write their names, the This Day in History fact for the day, and a spot for students to write personal reflections based on a teacher-led question.
The following statements are either growth or fixed mindsets. I print these off and give one to each student. I then instruct them to cut them out and glue them to their notebooks under either GROWTH or FIXED. We then review together.
