I have been an Emotional Support and Autistic Support teacher for 15 years in the suburbs of Philadelphia. My students age ranges from 6th grade to 8th grade, and their needs are all unique and different. I have experience with students who need more support with Selective Mutism, Executive functioning disorder, ODD, Bipolar disorder, and many more.

The mindfulness activity cards are a great way to start off a class, or use for brain breaks. Each card is used to help students practice mindfulness strategies, that are engaging and fun. I cut out each card, laminate, and use every day. This is great for both teachers and parents!
