Quick bell ringers to get your students up and moving or quiet and writing. I give my students 3-5 minutes right at the beginning of class. This will help with team building and critical thinking about real issues for personal development in a fun way.

This PowerPoint has a slide for weekdays during August 19-30th. Each slide has a different activity for journaling, turn and talk, or reflections for important topics we learn in FACS. This is the perfect bonding and relationship building activity as well as self reflection and acts of kindness. These "national day" help spread self awareness and self reflection along with relationship building in the classroom. Some days students will turn and talk about interesting topics, and somedays a short journal entry in written.
