I generally have my class vote on a reward they want. If you find it works best to give out lots of tokens then once they earn a reward clear the board and start again. Print the candy jar either with or without the recommended placement for the candy. Laminate and add velcro or tack it to the pieces. Every time the whole class is on task, following a classroom rule or anything else you believe has earned a token add candy to the jar. Once they have earned the amount of candy decided or filled the jar the class earns a reward.
