What's in Your Wallet?

Students go from station to station to practice their money skills. At each station, students get a new wallet. First, they have to count the money in their wallet. Then, they have to determine how much change they will get back. There are three levels of stations for this activity: stations for dollar amounts only, dollars and/or coins to $20, and dollars and coins to $100. Teaching style

I love integrating technology into my lessons as much as possible. I try to touch on as many learning styles as possible in each lesson.

My own education history

I attended Saint Anselm College and majored in psychology. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree and started working with adults with disabilities. While working with them, I realized my favorite part of my job was educating. I continued working full time and attended Southern New Hampshire University to earn my Master's Degree in Education K-8 and Special Education PreK-12.

Additional biographical information

I have a rescue dog, who is my whole world. Adopt don't shop!
