This document allows you to track progress of your student's skills on all 6th Edition task list items. It outlines projects completed, dates, and date of mastery. It also has a visual skill tracking system similar to many familiar assessment tools that allows you and your supervisee to easily se holes in skillsets or areas for concentrated supervision. Easily track cancellations and late arrivals using this tracker. Cancellations can be tracked by whether they were rescheduled or covered (if an RBT cancels), and can be sorted by the amount of notice given. A graph plots the percent of sessions attended across 12 consecutive months. Late arrivals will also show a cumulative number of minutes of therapy missed.
