Complementary Angles Classroom

This lesson is modeled after EUREKA Math Lessons (Geometry Module 1, Topic B, Lesson 7 and Grade 8 Module 2, Topic C, Lesson 12). This includes a SUPER BOWL SUNDAY Discovery Activity, Exit Ticket and Review of Angle Relationships. One of my favorite lessons! The way we print it in the classroom as 2 to a page so the kids have a booklet but you can print it however you like.

This is a leveled activity for adding and subtracting polynomials. It also provides a graphic organizer, check list and visual examples of adding and subtracting polynomials VERTICALLY, rather than horizontally. This also provides Spanish Translations.

Partner activity to review exponent rules as a Do Now, Exit Ticket or review activity. This is a self checking activity. "Directions: You will work on these 5 problems. When you are finished, find your partner and check your answers. Make sure all answers are with POSITIVE EXPONENTS. If the answers are not the same, discuss to see if you can fix the error."
