I am a high school Spanish teacher with experience designing Spanish 1–3 curriculum focused on real language acquisition. I create my own comprehensible input (CI) lessons, assessments, and activities to help novice learners build proficiency through meaningful communication rather than memorization.

My teaching focuses on comprehensible input and proficiency-based instruction. I design Spanish lessons that prioritize understanding, repetition, and meaningful interaction so students can actually use the language. Rather than focusing on isolated grammar practice, my resources help students build confidence in listening, reading, and responding in Spanish from the very beginning.

My students consistently demonstrate growth in interpretive proficiency through comprehension-based assessments. I have designed district-approved assessment tools aligned with ACTFL standards, and I focus on creating learning experiences that result in real language acquisition and student confidence.
