In this Microsoft Word lesson plan, the students will be using a variety of skills to create a menu for a restaurant. This fun hands-on activity will allow students to create a country and then participate in an international trading session with their classmates. Students will then calculate the balance of trade, balance of payments and decide on countries to have tariffs, embargos and more. The file is a Word document, but the assignment is designed as a Google Doc so that students can imbed drawings. I included a link to the Google Doc in the Word document.
