About the store
I've spent my entire career teaching in the city of Chicago. I first taught at a neighborhood school on the south side of the city where I worked for 10 years and I then made the transition to a world language magnet school where I've been teaching for the past 16 years. I've taught 1st through 5th grades and have acted as a school reading specialist, and provided professional development for teachers throughout the Chicago area. I have my masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Common Core Math. Currently, I teach math and science to our school's 4th graders. I have also provided math workshops/professional development for staff based on Common Core math and the NWEA exam.
